- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with various banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell additional financial products and services to meet customer needs - Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about bank products and services - Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements - Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets Requirements:
