Vet Villa is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist/Customer Service Liason whose responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones in a calm, cheerful, professional manner The ability to make each person you interact with feel special Maintaining accurate records and note-taking Scheduling appointments Inter-hospital communication High level of communication clients Provide client education Ability to handle a high level of multi-tasking Required to lift at least 30 pounds Required to physically interact with both cats and dogs Being an all around happy team player!
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting is required.
Positive Attitude Reliable Self-Motivated Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology is an advantage Comfortable using computer software and familiarity with practice management systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well within a team Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care to animals.
