THE APPLICANT MUST POSSESS EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN NURSING HOME MAINTENANCE and title 22 regulations for Life & Safety.
Maintenance Supervisor Job Descriptions Ensures a safe, comfortable, sanitary environment for residents, staff and visitors in accordance with Federal, State and Corporate requirements.
Performs preventative maintenance procedures.
Requires full range of body motion.
ADMINISTRATIVE Maintains equipment necessary to meet Center needs.
Understands department budget.
Maintains written records and documents of services performed according to Federal, Sate and Corporate requirements.
May train personnel to meet Center needs.
Participates in assigned meetings and in-services.
QUALIFICATIONS Four years experience in a long term care facility required Ability to read and write English for business necessity Ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs One year experience in basic trades preferred Working knowledge of plant support systems (cooling/heating, emergency systems) preferred We offer a complete benefit package to full time employees.
